The Secrets of Jaboticabinhas
The Secrets of Jaboticabinhas is a kid's show created by me, developed at Apiário Estúdio Criativo and part of NCAA - Apiário Creative Nucleus for (female) Animators (along with two other series, Aimó and Zangadas). NCAA won a development contest BH nas Telas/FSA, that granted us the opportunity to develop its universe, write the pitch bible and produce a teaser.
In addition to creating the series, I worked in the development stage as screenwriter and as director of the animated teaser.
The series takes place in a small city called Jaboticabinhas, a fantastic and surprising place, inspired by the common imagination from the brazilian state Minas Gerais, where anything can happen. The brothers Tati and Miguel go stay a while there with their grandmother Zora, and end up going through magically funny situations with her, her neighbor Tunico and the parrot Zeca.
